The Ha Giang Loop 3 Days 2 Nights tour is the ideal choice if you want the iconic highlights of Ha Giang with a comfortable pace. In three days, you’ll ride legendary mountain roads, explore the Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark, experience authentic village life, and end with a peaceful night in Du Gia.

This Ha Giang Loop 3 Days 2 Nights itinerary features Bac Sum Pass, Quan Ba Heaven Gate, Tham Ma Pass, the H’Mong King’s Palace ( Vuong Palace ), the famous Ma Pi Leng Pass, Skywalk viewpoints over Tu San Canyon, and scenic backroads through Lung Ho and Thai An.

Travel with experienced local guides and choose Easy Rider ( ride as a passenger ) or self-riding if licensed. Expect plenty of photo stops, local food, cozy homestays, and fun cultural nights with music, games, and a taste of “happy water”.

DAY 1: Ha Giang → Quan Ba → Yen Minh → Dong Van – B/ L / D

Start the loop with incredible mountain passes and the first big viewpoints of the trip, then enter the dramatic landscapes of the Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark.

Geopark Highlights

Explore the Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark with stops at Tham Ma Pass, Lao Sa village ( H’Mong houses near the China border ), and Vuong Palace ( the former residence of the H’Mong King ).

17:00: Arrive Dong Van ( Homestay Night )

Check in to a local homestay in Dong Van. Evening with dinner, local games, traditional music, and “happy water”.

DAY 2: Dong Van → Ma Pi Leng Pass → Du Gia – B/ L/ D

Today is the signature scenery day: ride the legendary Ma Pi Leng Pass, walk the Skywalk to the famous “Death Rock” viewpoint, and enjoy epic views over Tu San Canyon before heading to peaceful Du Gia.

Stop to admire Tu San Canyon — one of the deepest canyons in Southeast Asia.

Lunch in Sung Trai, then continue via M Pass and the Lung Ho viewpoint.

Check in to a peaceful local homestay in Du Gia. Evening with dinner, music, fun games, and “happy water”.

DAY 3: Du Gia → Quan Ba → Ha Giang – B/ L

Finish the loop with a fresh waterfall swim, quiet valleys, and traditional craft villages — then return to Ha Giang City in time for your night bus.

Arrive back at Hotel/ Homestay. Optional: take the night bus to Hanoi or continue to your next destination.

$15/night for a 2-star hotel or homestay.

$25/night for a 3-star hotel or homestay.

Ticket booking and cancellation policy:

✅  The bookings please deposit your advance payment of 30% and 100% tour before departure by bank transfer or cash payment.

✅  Children Policy:

• Children: Under 3 years old sleep, ride with parents for free.
• Children 4 – 6 years old charge 50% adult price.
• Children 7 – 9 years old charge 75% adult price.
• Children 10 years and older are charged as adults.

✅  When you want to cancel a ticket, please inform 03 days in advance before departure you will receive your payment back. If you cancel the tour later, please inform the company and please take a 30% fee.
